Golf Body Pro®℠ is H3’s unique program to help golfers at all levels play better, avoid injuries and maintain a proper level of fitness for the sport. Each participant receives counseling and fitness strategies—and physical adjustments and conditioning, if necessary—that are customized to his or her body mechanics, history, level of fitness and goals for the sport.

ELDOA is a 1-minute posture exercise that can be done anywhere and requires no equipment.  There is an ELDOA for nearly every joint in the body, and the benefits reach far beyond the joints to general wellness.

Today, thanks to consistent results and the uniqueness of its approach, the ELDOA method of exercise has slowly taken its place in high-level sports therapy and training.

Our Schedule Is Made to Work for All of Our Visitors

The Soma Training Program is a three-year, 13-class certification program designed for sports trainers, fitness consultants, physical therapists, chiropractors and osteopaths based on the work of world-renowned French osteopath Guy VOYER.  The program can be completed in its entirety, or individual courses may be “cherry picked.” There are no prerequisites for any class.
